DAYCO propose cette courroie de transmission pour POLARIS SPORTSMAN 550 X2, SPORTSMAN 550 XPS TRG 4X4, SPORTSMAN 850 EPS, SPORTSMAN 850 XP, SPORTSMAN 850 XPS 4X4 de 2009 à 2014. Une transmission à variateur (CVT) n’a pas de vitesses à passer : la courroie tourne entre deux poulies dont les flasques se rapprochent ou s’écartent selon le régime et la charge.

Pourquoi changer la courroie à temps ?

Les avantages :

• Retrouver l’accélération et la vitesse de pointe perdues avec une courroie usée qui patine.
• Éviter la casse en pleine sortie : une courroie qui lâche immobilise le quad, souvent loin de tout.

Quand remplacer cette pièce ?

Largeur inférieure à la cote minimale, flancs lisses et brillants (glacés), fissures, dents arrachées ou effilochage : changez la courroie avant qu'elle ne casse en pleine sortie.

Conseil Cross-Mania : Nettoyez et dégraissez les flasques des poulies avant le montage, respectez le sens de rotation s'il est fléché sur la courroie et suivez le rodage préconisé par le fabricant.
