BIHR offers this puller. Some parts of the bike are fitted very tightly: the ignition flywheel on the end of the crankshaft, the bearings in the crankcases or hubs.
The benefits:
Bihr is a distributor from Alsace founded in 1975 by Cyrille Bihr, who started out with a bicycle and motorcycle repair shop in Hegenheim. Based in Bartenheim, it supplies more than 200,000 parts from seven European warehouses and develops its own range of parts and workshop tools.
A crushed or stripped thread, a bent centre bolt or one with a mushroomed tip, spread or cracked jaws: replace the puller or the relevant spare part, it may give way under load.
Cross-Mania tip: For a flywheel puller, check the diameter, pitch and direction of the thread (internal or external) given for your engine, screw it fully home by hand and protect the end of the crankshaft with a cap before tightening the centre bolt.
Workshop tool: it works on any motorcycle or ATV. Just check the size or dimension stated.
