      VHM offers this cylinder head insert for TM RACING MX 250 1999-2014. On a two-piece head, the insert (the "dome") forms the combustion chamber. Its volume and shape set the compression and the character of the engine.

      Why change the insert?

      Cross-Mania tip: Fit new O-rings, tighten in a cross pattern to the specified torque and, with a higher-compression insert, use high-octane fuel.
