The MOTO-MASTER 642001 drive chain. The chain transmits power from the front sprocket to the rear sprocket. Off-road, it works in mud, sand and water: a quality chain, correctly tensioned and lubed, keeps the drivetrain smooth and makes the sprockets last.
Replace the chain when the adjusters reach the end of their travel or as soon as it has tight spots, and always together with the front and rear sprockets if they're worn.
In motocross, Moto-Master was working with the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team as early as 2010, and it backed the MXGP world championship in 2015. On the technical side, the Flame profile of its discs is designed to improve cooling and go easy on the pads, and its Racing GP sintered pads use a backing plate with hooks (NRS technology) that stops the friction material from coming away.
Sealed or non-sealed chain?
An O-ring or X-ring chain keeps its grease inside and lasts longer. A non-sealed chain has less friction and is still popular in motocross, but needs lubing more often.
Should the sprockets be changed?
If they're worn, yes: a new chain running on a worn front sprocket and rear sprocket gets damaged very quickly.
