ALL BALLS propose ce roulement moteur pour POLARIS SPORTSMAN 450, SPORTSMAN 500, SPORTSMAN 500 HO, SPORTSMAN 700, SPORTSMAN 800 de 1998 à 2014. Les axes du moteur tournent sur des roulements à billes ou à rouleaux montés dans les carters.

En quoi est fait ce roulement ?

Bagues et billes (ou rouleaux) en acier au chrome trempé, de type 100Cr6 : un acier très dur qui résiste à la fatigue des millions de tours moteur.

• Roulement ouvert : sans joint, il est lubrifié et refroidi par l’huile moteur ; une huile propre est sa meilleure protection.
• Jeu interne C3 / C4 : un peu plus de jeu que la normale pour la dilatation du moteur chaud ; remontez toujours le jeu d’origine.
• Limite : il craint la poussière et l’huile usagée ; un manque d’huile le détruit en quelques minutes.
