TECNIUM ofrece estas zapatas de freno para SUZUKI DR-Z 125 L, DR-Z 125 LL, DS 80, LTZ 50, LTZ 90 de 1978 a 2025. Un freno de tambor está formado por un cilindro hueco, el tambor, que gira con la rueda, y por dos zapatas montadas en su interior sobre el plato portazapatas.

¿Por qué unas zapatas nuevas?

Las ventajas:

• Recuperar una frenada potente y progresiva, con una maneta o un pedal que ya no se hunde hasta el tope.
• Forro orgánico: eficaz desde los primeros metros, incluso en frío, y suave con el tambor.
• Cambiar las zapatas a tiempo evita que su soporte metálico raye el tambor, una pieza mucho más cara.

¿Cuándo sustituir esta pieza?

Forro adelgazado o cristalizado, indicador de desgaste al final de su recorrido, maneta o pedal que se hunde cada vez más o ruido de roce metálico: cambia las zapatas.

Consejo Cross-Mania: Limpia el tambor con limpiador de frenos, engrasa ligeramente la leva y el eje de pivote sin tocar los forros, cambia los muelles si están dados de sí y ajusta el juego libre de la maneta o del pedal.
