WISECO ofrece este kit de pistón para POLARIS SPORTSMAN 570, SPORTSMAN 570 6X6 EPS, SPORTSMAN 570 SP, SPORTSMAN 570 TRG EPS, SPORTSMAN 570 X2 de 2014 a 2021. El pistón se desliza en el cilindro y recibe la fuerza de la explosión de la mezcla aire-gasolina, que transmite a la biela y al cigüeñal.

¿Por qué elegir un pistón forjado?

En lugar de moldearse sin más, el pistón forjado se prensa en caliente a muy alta presión y después se mecaniza: su metal es más denso y sin burbujas de aire.

• Más resistente en caliente: aguanta mejor las altas revoluciones, el sobrecalentamiento y el picado.
• Más ligero a igual resistencia: menos esfuerzo sobre la biela y los rodamientos.
• A tener en cuenta: según la aleación, se dilata algo más y se monta con más holgura; un ligero ruido en frío es normal.
• ¿Por qué es más caro? El utillaje de forja, el mecanizado completo y los tratamientos de superficie cuestan más que un simple moldeo.
