EPI ofrece este kit de embrague de variador para POLARIS SPORTSMAN 500, SPORTSMAN 500 6X6, SPORTSMAN 500 HO, SPORTSMAN 500 HO CARB, SPORTSMAN 500 HO TRG de 1998 a 2014. En la mayoría de los quads y SSV automáticos, la fuerza del motor pasa por una correa montada entre dos poleas: es el variador, o CVT.

¿Por qué un kit de embrague para variador?

Las ventajas:

• Recuperar arrancadas francas y buena respuesta con carga, incluso con neumáticos más grandes.
• Menos patinaje: la correa se calienta menos y dura más.
• Un reglaje adaptado a su uso: paseo, trabajo, remolque o terreno embarrado.

Correa que se cristaliza o se desgasta rápido, tirones o patinaje al arrancar, motor que sube de vueltas sin que el quad avance o recuperaciones flojas con carga: revisa el embrague.

Consejo Cross-Mania: Usa el extractor y las herramientas de polea adecuados, respeta las marcas de montaje, mantén las caras de las poleas limpias y secas y revisa el estado de la correa antes de rodar.
