PROVAC Ø11,5mm Aluminium Tire Valve - x10

PROVAC offers this valve. The valve is the small tube you inflate the tyre through. Inside it, the core is a screw-in check valve that lets air in and stops it getting out; the cap keeps mud off the core and adds to the seal.

Why replace the valve, core or cap?

The benefits:

• A new core cures the slow leaks that let the tyre down for no obvious reason.
• A new tubeless valve, matching the rim hole diameter, stays airtight despite impacts and vibration.
• Depending on the model, a stronger alloy cap or an indicator cap that shows a drop in pressure at a glance.

Why choose PROVAC?

PROVAC is a French company based in Rognac (southern France) specialising in equipment, tools and consumables for tyre professionals. It supplies tyre-fitting workshops with machines as well as consumables: mounting paste, valves, patches, plugs.

When should you replace this part?

A split, bent or leaking valve, a hissing core, a lost cap: replace them; on a tubeless rim, ideally change the rubber valve at every tyre change.
