The plugs, often weighted, that close off the ends of the handlebar to reduce vibration and protect the bar and grips in a fall.
DAYTONA offers these bar ends. The bar end closes off the end of the handlebar and, if weighted, adds mass that damps some of the engine vibration, the kind that makes your hands go numb on long rides.
The benefits:
Daytona is a Japanese company founded in Osaka in 1972, based since 2001 in Mori, Shizuoka Prefecture, and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. It designs and develops its own motorcycle parts and accessories, from electrical equipment to instruments, and has owned Dirt Freak, a Japanese off-road parts specialist, since 2017.
Replace them when they are crushed or cracked after a fall, or no longer stay tight in the handlebar.
Cross-Mania tip: Tighten them moderately so as not to distort the handlebar.
Universal part: check the dimensions given before ordering.
