The RACETECH pair of handguards is designed for BETA RR 125, RR 200, RR 250, RR 300, RR 350, RR 390, RR 400, RR 430, RR 450, RR 480, RR 498, RX 250, RX 300, RX 350, RX 450, XTRAINER 250, XTRAINER 300 from 2013 to 2026. Handguards protect your fingers and your levers from branches, roost and crashes. In enduro, a version with an aluminium backbone takes the hits and saves the levers; in motocross, a plastic shield is mainly there to stop roost.

Who is it for?

You often break levers in crashes.
You want to protect your hands from roost and the cold.

Good to know

Check the mounting type (universal on the handlebar, or specific to the bike and the master cylinder) and whether the mounting kit is included: some models are sold without it, so you can keep your current mounts.

Fitting tips

Position the mounts on the handlebar and, for an aluminium backbone, at the bar end (expander or end fitting supplied).
Adjust the angle of the shields so that they touch neither the levers nor the cables at full lock.
Tighten to torque without crushing the controls, and check that the levers can travel all the way.
