TNK fork tube chrome - 32 x 548 mm

TNK offers this fork tube. A fork is made of two tubes sliding inside each other, on each side of the front wheel. The fork tube (or stanchion) is the smooth one: it slides into the outer leg when the wheel rides over a bump, then comes back out.

Why replace a fork tube?

The benefits:

• Cure an oil leak that keeps coming back despite new seals, caused by pitted or scored chrome.
• Get a freely sliding fork back after a crash that bent the tube.
• A replacement part made to the dimensions and tolerances of the original.

Why choose TNK?

TNK fork tubes, distributed by American suspension specialist Race Tech, are direct replacement tubes to original dimensions with a nickel-chrome finish; they generally cost far less than original-equipment tubes.

When should you replace this part?

Pitted, scored or flaking chrome, a tube bent in a crash, or an oil leak that comes back despite new seals: replace the tube.
