PROX offers this small-end needle bearing. On 2-stroke engines, the piston pin turns in the small end of the rod on a needle bearing.
The benefits:
ProX uses Koyo or NTN bearings, largely made in Japan in OEM factories, with the original internal clearance (C3 / C4).
Harder starting, loss of power, blue smoke, oil consumption or a knock when cold: these are the signs of a tired top end.
No manufacturer hour figure for this model. Cross-Mania guideline: compression check every 30 h in hard use and every 60 h for leisure.
Available in several sizes.
Cross-Mania tip: Lubricate it with engine oil when fitting and inspect the small end: if it is marked or blued, the rod must be replaced.
Universal part: check the dimensions given before ordering.
No customer reviews for the moment.
