

CYLINDER WORKS offers you a 480cc BIG BORE cylinder for your motocross YAMAHA YZ450F, YZF 450cc 4-stroke from 2006 to 2009 and YAMAHA WR450F, WRF 450cc 4-stroke from 2007 to 2014. This aluminum kit has the same characteristics as your original cylinder, except that you go from Ø95mm 450cc to Ø98mm 478cc without any adaptation or modification to your engine. You'll be able to fit it with your original cylinder head and camshaft. This complete top motor is of the highest quality and finish. The coating is made of silicon carbide nickel to guarantee a minimum friction surface and increase the reliability and life of your cylinder. But it also delivers more torque and performance than the original engine. Let's talk about the piston: it's made by VERTEX, one of the world's leading manufacturers of top-of-the-range pistons. The piston head is machined for excellent engine compression. It's also graphitized for better lubrication as it passes through. We recommend this top-of-the-range engine for those who want to give their machine more performance without having to make any modifications. This cylinder is of course sold complete.
