The RACETECH R-KITKXF-VE0-625 plastic kit is designed for KAWASAKI KXF 250, KXF 450 from 2024 to 2026. A plastic kit replaces in one go the bodywork parts that get damaged most: fenders, front number plate, radiator shrouds and side panels, depending on how many pieces the kit contains. Fitting tips

1. Remove the seat and the fuel tank if necessary, then the old plastics, keeping all the hardware: it goes back on the new kit.
2. Clean the frame, the air box and the mounts before test-fitting the new parts.
3. Tighten without forcing: over-tightening cracks the plastic around the bolts. Replace damaged bolts with new plastics hardware.
4. If you are fitting a graphics kit, do it on clean, degreased plastics at room temperature.
