The REKLUSE RadiusCX RMS-8913086 clutch is designed for KTM EXC 250, EXC 300, SX 250 and HUSQVARNA TC 250, TE 250, TE 300 from 2013 to 2016. A Rekluse automatic clutch engages and disengages on its own according to engine rpm, thanks to wedges that spread apart under centrifugal force. The result: no more stalling, even when you lock the rear wheel with the brake, and much better traction in technical sections.

Good to know

Check the clutch install gap before every ride: incorrect adjustment wears the clutch prematurely. Use a JASO MA or MA2 oil, never a JASO MB oil or a car oil.

Fitting tips

1. Soak the plates in oil for at least 5 minutes before fitting them.
2. Never fit the clutch in a basket with notched slots.
3. Fit a new clutch cover gasket.
4. Set the install gap at the lever with the engine warm, following the Rekluse instructions.
5. Break-in: rev the engine 10 times in neutral, make 10 gentle pull-aways in 1st and 10 in 2nd, then recheck the gap. Never pull away in 3rd.
