RACETECH OE style Swingarm Chain Slider for YAMAHA YZ 85 2022-2026

The RACETECH R-SLIYZNR0085 swingarm chain slider is designed for YAMAHA YZ 85 from 2022 to 2026. The swingarm chain slider protects the swingarm from the chain where it runs close to the pivot. Without it, the chain cuts into the swingarm within a few hours.

Specifications

• Brand: RACETECH
• Manufacturer part number: R-SLIYZNR0085
• EAN code: 8054111785426
• Engine: 2-stroke

When to replace it?

• Slider grooved or cracked, chain reaching the screws or the swingarm.
• Chain rubbing noise under compression.

Check it every time you service the chain and replace it before the chain reaches the swingarm: a gouged swingarm costs far more than a slider.

Fitting tips

1. Slacken the chain and, depending on the model, remove the rear wheel or the swingarm to get at the fasteners.
2. Remove the old slider and clean the swingarm.
3. Fit the new slider with its screws or rivets, without crushing the plastic.
4. Re-tension the chain and lube it.

Why RACETECH?

The brand has supplied the plastics for Mitch Payton's Pro Circuit Kawasaki team, one of the most successful teams in AMA Supercross, as well as for the Beta Offroad Factory team. Its Worx chain guide is a one-piece design fitted with a removable, self-lubricating TPU internal wear pad.
