LEATT 4.5 Neck brace - camo

The LEATT 4.5 Neck brace is a neck brace for motocross and enduro, here in camo.

A neck brace is designed to reduce the risk of neck injury by limiting extreme flexion, extension and sideways bending of the head in an impact.

Why choose the LEATT 4.5?

• Limits extreme helmet movement in an impact.
• Adjustable to fit the rider.
• Worn with a compatible chest protector.

Why choose LEATT?

LEATT was born in South Africa from the Leatt-Brace, the neck protection device invented by Dr Christopher Leatt after a fatal racing accident. Since then, the brand has designed protection and gear tested in real-world conditions, with rider safety as its guiding principle.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a special chest protector?
Use a neck brace-compatible chest protector, so the two stay in place together without interfering with each other.

Does it restrict head movement?
Correctly adjusted, it lets you turn your head normally and only comes into play at the end of the range, during an extreme movement.
