The RACETECH R-KITMOUNT105 disc guard mounting kit is designed for KAWASAKI KLX 450, KXF 250, KXF 450 from 2006 to 2020. This kit lets you fit a disc guard to the bike. It attaches the guard to the bike so that it stays in place despite impacts, ruts and vibration.

Fitting tips

1. Clean the mounting area and check the condition of the threads.
2. Fit the kit following the instructions, with threadlocker on the bolts if they call for it.
3. Mount the disc guard and check that it touches neither the disc nor the tyre, with the wheel turning.
4. Tighten to the specified torque and check that everything is still tight after the first ride.
