Von ALL BALLS: Radlager für SUZUKI DL 650 V-STROM, DL 650 V-STROM ABS, DL 650 V-STROM XT ABS und HONDA ATC 110 1980-2024. Jedes Rad läuft auf zwei Lagern in der Nabe, getrennt durch eine Distanzhülse. Wasser und Schlamm beschädigen sie irgendwann: Spiel, raue Stellen, Geräusche.

Woraus besteht dieses Lager?

Ringe und Kugeln aus gehärtetem Chromstahl Typ 100Cr6, sehr hart und ermüdungsfest, geschützt durch Gummidichtungen.

• Doppelt abgedichtet (2RS): auf jeder Seite eine Dichtung, sehr dicht gegen Wasser und Schlamm, im Gelände unverzichtbar.
• Grenze: etwas mehr Reibung als ein Lager mit Metalldeckscheiben (ZZ), das leichter läuft, aber viel schlechter abdichtet.
• Einbau: mit Presse oder Treibdorn über den Außenring, nie auf die Dichtung schlagen; Hochdruckreiniger von den Naben fernhalten.

Komplette All-Balls-Sätze: reibungsarme Lager und Nitril-Dichtringe mit Stahlfeder, alles Nötige in einer Schachtel.

Wann die Lager tauschen?

Bei jeder Wäsche das Radspiel mit angehobenem Rad prüfen: Ein defektes Lager kann das Rad blockieren. Hochdruckreiniger drücken Wasser hinein und beschleunigen den Verschleiß.
