INNTECK unbreakable Clutch Lever for YAMAHA, KAWASAKI and SUZUKI 2000-2020

The INNTECK incassable clutch lever is designed for YAMAHA WRF 250, WRF 426, YZ 125, YZ 250, YZF 250, YZF 426, YZF 450, KAWASAKI KX 250, KXF 250, KXF 450 and SUZUKI RMZ 250 from 2000 to 2020. The clutch lever operates the clutch, by cable or hydraulically depending on the bike. It often breaks in a crash: a new lever gives you precise control and an engagement point that's easy to find.

Choosing the colour

The colour is a styling choice; the shape and the mounting are the same.

When to replace it?

• Lever bent, broken or snapped short after a crash.
• Play in the pivot, lever that moves sideways.

Replace it as soon as it's bent or cracked: a straightened lever can snap the next time you brake.

Fitting tips

1. Slacken the cable with the adjuster wheel (or undo the pivot bolt on a hydraulic clutch) and remove the old lever.
2. Grease the pivot bolt, the pivot and the cable nipple with a suitable grease.
3. Fit the lever, then tighten the pivot bolt and the locknut without binding the movement.
4. Set the lever free play as per the manual: a few millimetres of play before the clutch starts to disengage.
