The bearing that lets the wheel spin freely on its axle.

ALL BALLS offers this wheel bearing for POLARIS GENERAL 1000 EPS PREMIUM, RANGER XP 1000 CREW NSTR, RZR XP 1000 HIGH LIFTER, SCRAMBLER 850, SPORTSMAN 850 HIGH LIFTER EDITION 2009-2025. Each wheel spins on two bearings in the hub, separated by a spacer. Water and mud eventually damage them: play, rough spots, noise.

What is this bearing made of?

Races and balls in hardened chrome steel, 100Cr6 type, very hard and fatigue-resistant, protected by rubber seals.

Double seal (2RS): a seal on each side, very well sealed against water and mud, essential off-road.
Limit: slightly more drag than a metal-shielded bearing (ZZ), which spins more freely but seals far less well.
Fitting: press or drift it in on the outer race, never hammer on the seal; keep the pressure washer away from the hubs.

Why choose ALL BALLS?

Complete All Balls kits: low-friction bearings and steel-spring nitrile seals, everything you need in one box.

When should you replace the bearings on your POLARIS SCRAMBLER 850?

Check the wheels for play at every wash with the wheel off the ground: a failing bearing can lock the wheel. Pressure washing forces water in and speeds up wear.
