PROX Water Pump Rebuild Kit for KTM EXCF 250, EXCF 350 and HUSQVARNA FE 350 2017

On KTM EXCF 250, EXCF 350 and HUSQVARNA FE 350 2017, the PROX 57.6327 water pump rebuild kit fits in place of the original part. A tired water pump bearing or oil seal lets coolant through. This kit replaces the pump's sealing and bearing parts.

When to replace it?

• Drip of coolant or oil at the weep hole under the pump.
• Milky engine oil (mixed with coolant).
• Coolant level dropping with no visible leak, engine running hot.

During an engine rebuild, and as soon as a leak appears at the weep hole.

Fitting tips

1. Drain the cooling system, and the oil if necessary.
2. Drive out the bearing and oil seals without damaging the housing, then fit the new parts perfectly square.
3. Lightly grease the oil seal lips before sliding the shaft through.
4. Fill with fresh coolant, bleed the system and refill with oil if you drained it.
