INNTECK Water Pump Rebuild Kit for HUSQVARNA FC 450, FE 450 and KTM SXF 450 2014-2017

On HUSQVARNA FC 450, FE 450 and KTM SXF 450 from 2014 to 2017, the INNTECK WY-821369 water pump rebuild kit fits in place of the original part. A tired water pump bearing or oil seal lets coolant through. This kit replaces the pump's sealing and bearing parts.

When to replace it?

• Drip of coolant or oil at the weep hole under the pump.
• Milky engine oil (mixed with coolant).
• Coolant level dropping with no visible leak, engine running hot.

During an engine rebuild, and as soon as a leak appears at the weep hole.

Fitting tips

1. Drain the cooling system, and the oil if necessary.
2. Drive out the bearing and oil seals without damaging the housing, then fit the new parts perfectly square.
3. Lightly grease the oil seal lips before sliding the shaft through.
4. Fill with fresh coolant, bleed the system and refill with oil if you drained it.
