MOOSE RACING offers these valve stem seals for KTM EXC 250, EXC-F 250, SX 250, SX-F 250, XC 250, XC-F 250 from 2008 to 2013. Each valve slides in a guide. At the top of the guide, a small seal (the valve stem seal) lets through just enough oil to lubricate but stops it running into the combustion chamber.

When should you replace this part?
