      The BOYESEN BOYRAD-34J reed valve block is designed for YAMAHA YZ 250 and FANTIC XX 250 from 2005 to 2026. On a two-stroke, the reed valve block meters the mixture into the crankcase. A complete reed valve block replaces the original cage and petals in one go.

      Good to know

      Check the petals at every piston change and replace them as soon as a tip is chipped.

      Fitting tips

      1. Clean the gasket face of the cylinder or crankcase.
      2. Fit the reed valve block with a new gasket, petals facing the engine.
      3. Tighten the screws in a criss-cross pattern to the recommended torque.
      4. Check the carburation and the colour of the spark plug after the first few rides.
