The ITALKIT LC.34.21 reed valve block is designed for KTM SX 85, HUSQVARNA TC 85 and GAS GAS MC 85 from 2018 to 2026. On a two-stroke, the reed valve block sits between the carburettor and the engine. Its petals open under suction and close again as soon as the pressure reverses: the engine's pick-up and power depend on how quickly they react and how much air gets through.

Fitting tips
- Clean the gasket face of the cylinder or crankcase.
- Fit the reed valve block with a new gasket, petals facing the engine.
- Tighten the screws in a criss-cross pattern to the recommended torque.
- Check the carburation and the colour of the spark plug after the first few rides.
