A spacer bolted between the hub and the wheel that pushes the quad’s wheels outwards to make it more stable.

ART offers this wheel spacer for CAN-AM OUTLANDER 650, OUTLANDER 650 EFI XT, OUTLANDER MAX 650 EFI, OUTLANDER MAX 650 EFI XT, OUTLANDER MAX 650 EFI XTP and KAWASAKI KLF 300 BAYOU 2WD, KLF 300 BAYOU 4WD, KLF 400 BAYOU 4WD, KVF 300 PRAIRIE 2WD, KVF 300 PRAIRIE 4WD 1988-2022. A wheel spacer is a thick plate that bolts onto the quad’s hub; the wheel then bolts onto the spacer.

Why widen your quad’s track?

The benefits:

More stability in corners and at speed, less risk of tipping on side slopes.
A bolt-on solution, with no changes to the A-arms or frame.
A reversible modification: the wheels can be refitted without spacers at any time.

When should you replace this part?

A cracked spacer, a bent stud or damaged thread, nuts that keep working loose or a wheel that vibrates: replace it along with its fixings.

Specifications and fitting tips

Material: Aluminium
Anodized aluminium
Quick mounting/removing of the wheel
Manufacturer part number: WSU-136-451

Cross-Mania tip: Check the bolt pattern and stud thread, tighten the nuts in a cross pattern to the specified torque and check them again after the first ride.
