PBR offers this front sprocket for TM RACING EN 250, EN 300, EN 300 FI, ENF 250, MXF 250 and HUSQVARNA TC 250, TE 250 I.E 4T, TE 310 I.E 2001-2020. The front sprocket sits on the gearbox output shaft and passes the engine’s power to the chain, which turns the rear sprocket and the rear wheel.

Why replace the front sprocket?

The benefits:

• An inexpensive part that protects a new chain and rear sprocket.
• Made of steel to withstand much heavier wear than the rear sprocket.
• Changing the number of teeth is the simplest, cheapest way to alter the gearing.

When should you replace the front sprocket?

Dished or hooked teeth: replace it straight away, otherwise it will ruin a new chain within hours.

Choose the number of teeth from the list: fewer teeth on the front sprocket (or more on the rear) gives more acceleration, the opposite gives a longer gearing.

Cross-Mania tip: Replace the front sprocket together with the chain and rear sprocket, renew the sprocket nut or circlip and check the output shaft seal.
