Mousse insert MEFO MOM 19-2 (120/90-19 et 130/8019 FIM-Enduro)

MEFO offers this mousse insert. The mousse fits inside the tyre in place of the inner tube. It is made of a special foam full of small sealed gas cells: pierced by a thorn or a stone, it does not go flat.

Why fit a mousse?

The benefits:

• No more punctures or pinch flats: you finish your ride or race.
• No tyre pressure to check before riding.
• Well suited to enduro, rally and rocky ground.

Why choose MEFO?

MEFO Sport is a German company from Röthlein (Bavaria) that makes its own mousses, stated as 100% made in Germany. Its Groove mousses have a grooved body that limits heat build-up inside the tyre, and its TCS versions let you adjust the pressure thanks to a built-in tube.

When should you replace the mousse?

A mousse shrinks with hours and heat: replace it when the tyre feels soft, as if underinflated, or the rim hits stones.
