Check before ordering

• Number of links: 108
• Chain type: 96RH2015

HOT CAMS offers this cam chain for HONDA CRF 450 R from 2009 to 2016. In a four-stroke engine, the timing chain transfers the crankshaft’s motion to the camshaft.

Why replace the timing chain?

The benefits:

• Replace a stretched, noisy chain.
• Restore precise valve timing.
• Best replaced with the tensioner and guides for a fully new set.

Why choose HOT CAMS?

Hot Cams timing chains exceed OEM specifications, with heat-treated links.

When should you replace the timing chain on your HONDA CRF 450 R?

Hard hot starting, valve clearance that keeps closing up or a noisy timing chain: the valve train is wearing.
