The MOTION PRO Rev2 01-2783 throttle kit with interchangeable cams is designed for KTM SXF 250, SXF 350, SXF 450 and HUSQVARNA FC 250, FC 350, FC 450 from 2016 to 2018. This kit replaces the stock throttle with an assembly that takes interchangeable cams. By swapping the cam, you change the twistgrip travel: quicker opening for sharper response, more progressive opening for traction.

Good to know

Choose the cam to suit your riding: progressive for slippery ground and enduro, quick for motocross. Always check the throttle return after fitting.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the stock throttle and disconnect the throttle cables at the handlebar end.
2. Fit the kit following the manufacturer's instructions with the cam you've chosen, then reconnect the cables.
3. Set the cable free play and check that the twistgrip returns to the closed position on its own, with the bars at full lock on both sides.
4. Refit the grip.

Why MOTION PRO?

For its T3 Slidelight cables, Motion Pro measured in-house that a conventional cable housing can wear through to metal-on-metal contact in fewer than 1,200 cycles, whereas its own inner liner lasts 30,000 cycles with minimal wear. With anodised billet aluminium end fittings and a built-in lubricator, the control stays light and smooth over time.
