The RACETECH R-SLIKTMAR007 swingarm chain slider is designed for KTM EXC 125, EXC 250, EXC 450, EXC 500, EXC 530, EXCF 250, EXCF 350, SX 125, SX 144, SX 150, SX 250, SXF 250, SXF 450, SXF 505 from 2007 to 2011. The swingarm chain slider protects the swingarm from the chain where it runs close to the pivot. Without it, the chain cuts into the swingarm within a few hours.

When to replace it?

• Slider grooved or cracked, chain reaching the screws or the swingarm.
• Chain rubbing noise under compression.

Check it every time you service the chain and replace it before the chain reaches the swingarm: a gouged swingarm costs far more than a slider.

Fitting tips

1. Slacken the chain and, depending on the model, remove the rear wheel or the swingarm to get at the fasteners.
2. Remove the old slider and clean the swingarm.
3. Fit the new slider with its screws or rivets, without crushing the plastic.
4. Re-tension the chain and lube it.
