ALL BALLS Swing Arm Bearing Kit for YAMAHA YFZ 450 2009-2025

ALL BALLS offers this swingarm bearing kit for YAMAHA YFZ 450 2009-2025. The swingarm pivots on needle bearings protected by seals. Water and mud make them seize: the suspension gets stiff and play appears.

What is this bearing made of?

Races and balls in hardened chrome steel, 100Cr6 type, very hard and fatigue-resistant, protected by rubber seals.

• Double seal (2RS): a seal on each side, very well sealed against water and mud, essential off-road.
• Limit: slightly more drag than a metal-shielded bearing (ZZ), which spins more freely but seals far less well.
• Fitting: press or drift it in on the outer race, never hammer on the seal; keep the pressure washer away from the hubs.

Why choose ALL BALLS?

Complete All Balls kits: low-friction bearings and steel-spring nitrile seals, everything you need in one box.

When should you replace this part?

Side play when you rock the swingarm with the rear wheel removed, or a notchy movement: the bearings need changing.
