The bearing that lets the wheel spin freely on its axle.

ALL BALLS offers this wheel bearing for POLARIS OUTLAW 50, PREDATOR 50, PREDATOR 90, SCRAMBLER 90, SPORTSMAN 90, CAN-AM DS 250, DS 50, DS 70, DS 90, DS 90 X 4T, KAWASAKI KFX 50, KFX 90 and KYMCO MAXXER 50, MAXXER 50 S 2001-2025. Each wheel spins on two bearings in the hub, separated by a spacer. Water and mud eventually damage them: play, rough spots, noise.

What is this bearing made of?

Races and balls in hardened chrome steel, 100Cr6 type, very hard and fatigue-resistant, protected by rubber seals.

Double seal (2RS): a seal on each side, very well sealed against water and mud, essential off-road.
Limit: slightly more drag than a metal-shielded bearing (ZZ), which spins more freely but seals far less well.
Fitting: press or drift it in on the outer race, never hammer on the seal; keep the pressure washer away from the hubs.

Why choose ALL BALLS?

Complete All Balls kits: low-friction bearings and steel-spring nitrile seals, everything you need in one box.

When should you replace the bearings?

Check the wheels for play at every wash with the wheel off the ground: a failing bearing can lock the wheel. Pressure washing forces water in and speeds up wear.
