ELECTROSPORT offers this stator for POLARIS SPORTSMAN 700, SPORTSMAN 800, SPORTSMAN 800 TOURING 2004-2007. The stator produces the electricity the machine needs to run. It is fixed under the ignition cover, and the flywheel, with its magnets, spins around it with the engine.

Why replace the stator?

• Get a normal spark and battery charge back after a winding has burnt out.

• Repair the charging and ignition without replacing the whole alternator: the original flywheel is kept.

Cross-Mania tip: Fit a new ignition cover gasket, secure the stator screws as the manufacturer specifies (threadlocker) and route the wiring through its grommet, well away from the flywheel.
