ELECTROSPORT offers this stator for POLARIS OUTLAW 500, PREDATOR 500 2002-2013. The stator produces the electricity the machine needs to run. It is fixed under the ignition cover, and the flywheel, with its magnets, spins around it with the engine.

Why replace the stator?

• Get a normal spark and battery charge back after a winding has burnt out.
• A part designed to fit in place of the original, with no modification.
• Repair the charging and ignition without replacing the whole alternator: the original flywheel is kept.

Cross-Mania tip: Fit a new ignition cover gasket, secure the stator screws as the manufacturer specifies (threadlocker) and route the wiring through its grommet, well away from the flywheel.
