The small electric motor that turns your quad or motorcycle engine over to start it when you press the starter button.

KIMPEX offers this starter motor for POLARIS RANGER 570, RANGER 570 CREW EPS, SPORTSMAN 570, SPORTSMAN 570 TRG, SPORTSMAN 570 X2 2013-2026. When you press the button, the starter relay sends battery current to the starter motor. It spins very fast and turns the engine through a set of gears until the engine fires.

Why replace the starter motor?

The benefits:

Get crisp starting back, even with a cold engine or after a water crossing.
A complete starter motor bolts straight on, with no need to strip or repair the old one.
Less strain on the battery, which is no longer drained by a struggling starter.

Why choose KIMPEX?

Kimpex, founded in Quebec in 1967 and based in Drummondville, is one of North America’s larger distributors of parts for snowmobiles, motorcycles, ATVs and side-by-sides, with more than 80,000 products, some of which it makes itself.

When should you replace this part?

A starter that turns slowly, groans or no longer turns at all is probably worn out.
