PIVOT WORKS offers these fork dust wipers for SUZUKI RM 125, RM 250 2000. A fork is made of two tubes that slide into each other. At the entry point, the dust wiper scrapes off the mud and sand stuck to the tube; just behind it, the oil seal keeps the oil inside.
