AFAM offers this front sprocket for APRILIA AF1 125, PEGASO 650, PEGASO 650 IE, TUAREG 350, TUAREG 350 WIND and HUSQVARNA TR 650 STRADA ABS, TR 650 TERRA, TR 650 TERRA ABS 1985-2014. The front sprocket sits on the gearbox output shaft and passes the engine’s power to the chain, which turns the rear sprocket and the rear wheel.

Why replace the front sprocket?

The benefits:

• An inexpensive part that protects a new chain and rear sprocket.
• Made of steel to withstand much heavier wear than the rear sprocket.
• Changing the number of teeth is the simplest, cheapest way to alter the gearing.

When should you replace the front sprocket?

Dished or hooked teeth: replace it straight away, otherwise it will ruin a new chain within hours.
