NGK offers you this LASER IRIDIUM spark plug called ZGR7GI-13G for your HUSQVARNA TE and KTM EXC, EXCF 250 and 300 motocross bikes. The LASER IRIDIUM spark plug is often sold at a higher price because they are more efficient and also more reliable once the motorcycle is well tuned. The central electrode is made of precious metal IRIDIUM welded with LASER. It is thinner (0.6mm against 2.5mm for the standard). This allows to have a spark of much better quality as well as a better combustion and a much more reactive engine. The fact that it ignites the gases better also avoids any deposit of calamine. This means that the engine clogs up much less. The cold start is also easier and in addition to having a good combustion it allows to save 5% of fuel compared to a standard spark plug.
