      VERTEX offers this piston ring set for YAMAHA WR 250 F, YZ 250 F and FANTIC TF 250 ES from 2001 to 2014. Rings are thin steel bands sitting in the piston grooves. They press against the cylinder wall to hold compression and scrape oil.

      Why replace the rings?
