The small white light that shines on the number plate so it can be read at night; depending on the model, it is built into a tail light.
HIGHSIDER offers this number plate light. At night, the number plate must be readable: a small white light, above or beside it, shines on it as soon as the lights are on.
Why choose an LED number plate light?
The benefits:
- LED: no filament to break from vibration, and very low power draw.
- Compact housing, easy to place on a short plate holder.
- Version built into the tail light: one unit to mount for both functions.
Why choose HIGHSIDER?
Highsider is the house brand of Paaschburg & Wunderlich, a German motorcycle parts specialist near Hamburg that develops it in-house. Its smart range takes over much of the Shin Yo line, including OE-style levers TÜV-approved for more than 600 models.
When should you replace this part?
A light that no longer comes on, some LEDs out, a cracked or misted housing: replace it, the plate must stay readable at night.
