RACETECH Fork Guards - Blue Husqvarna for HUSQVARNA TC 65 2017-2018

The RACETECH R-PSKTMBLH965 pair of fork guards is designed for HUSQVARNA TC 65 from 2017 to 2018. The fork guards cover the front of the fork lowers and the inner tubes. They stop the stones that score the tubes: a single scratch on a tube is enough to damage a fork oil seal and make the fork leak.

Specifications

When to replace it?

• Fork guards cracked or broken, mounting points torn out.
• Warped plastic rubbing on the inner tube.
• Faded colour, or different from the rest of the plastics.

Check the bike's model year: the fork guards follow the shape of the fork lowers and the routing of the front brake hose.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the old fork guards and keep the screws and the hose clamps.
2. Clean the fork lowers and check the condition of the inner tubes and of the fork oil seals.
3. Refit the new ones, putting the brake hose back in its guides, then tighten without forcing.

Why RACETECH?

The brand has supplied the plastics for Mitch Payton's Pro Circuit Kawasaki team, one of the most successful teams in AMA Supercross, as well as for the Beta Offroad Factory team. Its Worx chain guide is a one-piece design fitted with a removable, self-lubricating TPU internal wear pad.
