AXP GP Skid plate - HDPE 6mm for HUSQVARNA TC 85, KTM SX 85 and GAS GAS MC 85 2018-2024

AXP offers this skid plate for HUSQVARNA TC 85, KTM SX 85 and GAS GAS MC 85 2018-2024. The skid plate bolts to the frame, under the engine. In enduro, the underside of the bike often hits rocks, logs and ledges: without protection, the engine case can crack and leak oil.

Why fit a skid plate?

The benefits:

• The engine case is protected from rocks and stumps.
• The bike slides over logs and ledges instead of getting hung up.
• Depending on the model, it also protects the suspension linkage and the bottom of the frame.

When should you replace the skid plate?

A skid plate that is cracked, badly gouged or with loose mountings no longer protects: replace it.
