On GAS GAS EC 125, EC 200, EC 250, EC 300, ECF 450 from 2007 to 2009, the RACETECH rear fender with side panels fits in place of the original part. On some bikes, the rear fender and the side panels form a single unit. This part replaces the lot: it protects the air box and the seat from rear wheel spray and carries the side number plate.

Choosing the colour

When to replace it?

• Fender cracked or broken, often around the hand grip.
• Side panels scratched by boots or cracked.
• Faded colour, mounting points torn out.

Fitting tips

1. Remove the seat, then the old assembly, keeping all the hardware.
2. Refit the parts mounted on it (tail light, wiring harness) where applicable.
3. Tighten without forcing and check that the seat latches properly.
