The RACETECH rear fender is designed for KTM SX 50 and GAS GAS MC 50 from 2023 to 2027. The rear fender protects the air box, the seat and the rider from spray from the rear wheel. It also serves as a grab handle for lifting or pulling the bike, and it often breaks at that spot.

Choosing the colour

When to replace it?
- Fender cracked or broken, often around the hand grip.
- Plastic bent downwards and touching the tire at full travel.
- Mounting points torn out or faded colour.
Check the model year: the shape changes with the rear loop of the frame and the air box. On a road-legal bike, keep the original license plate holder and lighting, or plan on a suitable holder.
Fitting tips
- Remove the seat and the side panels, then the old fender, keeping all the hardware.
- Refit any parts mounted on it (tail light, wiring harness, license plate holder).
- Tighten without forcing, then check that the seat latches properly.
