A plastic flap that protects the rear shock from mud and stones thrown up by the wheel.
UFO offers this shock mud flap for GAS GAS MC 65 2021-2027. The rear shock sits just in front of the rear wheel, which throws mud, sand and stones at it.
Why fit a shock mud flap?
The benefits:
- Protects the shock rod and seal: less risk of a leak and an expensive rebuild.
- A cleaner shock: less mud to wash off after every ride.
- Fits the mounting points provided on the bike, in the original colour or another.
When should you replace this part?
Replace it when it is split, torn or its mountings are ripped out: it no longer covers the rod.
