      TECNIUM offers this clutch steel plate kit for SUZUKI LT-R 450 QUADRACER 2WD, RMX 450, RMZ 450 2005-2025. The clutch is a stack of plates: friction plates and plain steel plates. When you release the lever, the springs squeeze them together and the engine drives the gearbox.

      Why replace the steel plates?

      The benefits:

      • Get rid of slipping and grabbing.
      • Restore a progressive clutch.
      • Flat, healthy plates make the friction plates last.

      When should you replace the clutch plates on your SUZUKI RMZ 450?

      Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.
