TECNIUM offers this clutch steel plate kit for KAWASAKI KDX 175, KX 125, S1 250 MACH I, S2 350 MACH II 1972-1982. The clutch is a stack of plates: friction plates and plain steel plates. When you release the lever, the springs squeeze them together and the engine drives the gearbox.

Why replace the steel plates?

• Restore a progressive clutch.
• Flat, healthy plates make the friction plates last.

When should you replace the clutch plates on your KAWASAKI KX 125?

Measure the friction plate thickness and the spring free length: below the manufacturer's minimum they must be replaced. Blued or warped steel plates are replaced too.
